What We Do
We are often able to help you negotiate a successful claim resolution by talking with the shipper or receiver and convincing them to take the cargo in and offset a portion of the claim. Depending on the scope of our involvement, we may assist in negotiating with the wrecker service, warehouse, processor, trucking company and others who may be associated with your claim.
However, there are many occasions where the original consignee cannot or will not take in the cargo. In these cases, we use our numerous contacts to arrange the sale of the cargo to maximize your recovery.
